Shipping policy

TeeBreezy currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Our shirts are made to order. Production generally takes 2–5 business days before an order ships; this is an estimate, and high volume, holidays, or a production issue can extend it. Carrier travel time is additional and depends on the destination and shipping method. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Available shipping methods and their final prices appear at checkout. An express shipping choice affects the carrier service after production; it does not skip production time. Express shipping requires a delivery phone number and is unavailable for PO boxes or military addresses. When tracking is available, we send it to the email address provided at checkout. Please check that your address is complete and accurate before paying.

Orders may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled at different facilities. If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us through the contact page with your order number. Report a package that appears lost within 30 days of its estimated delivery date. See our Return and refund policy for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
